With my professor, I published two studies on hurricanes and their impact on increasing precipitation in the eastern United States. I graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Broadcast Meteorology. I also hold a certificate in Emergency Management from Florida State University. My career began at the ABC affiliate in Salisbury, Maryland. Then at the ABC affiliate in Charleston, West Virginia. I am a former board member of the Orlando Science Center and continue to partner with them on special projects. I'm a big fan of the New York Yankees. And when college basketball season comes around, I'm glued to the TV to watch my Villanova Wildcats! My wife, our three sons (the future Orlando Magic frontcourt) and I live in Orlando.
