L'abondance de sargasses pour chaque r\u00e9gion est compar\u00e9e aux valeurs historiques pour le m\u00eame mois de 2011 \u00e0 2023 dans le diagramme en \"bo\u00eete \u00e0 moustaches\" ci-dessous. Les barres horizontales dans chaque bo\u00eete verticale indiquent respectivement les valeurs minimales, les 25 %, 50 %, 75 % et les valeurs maximales historiques.\nLa quantit\u00e9 totale de sargasses dans le golfe du Mexique, l'ouest de la mer des Cara\u00efbes et l'est de la mer des Cara\u00efbes est rest\u00e9e n\u00e9gligeable en d\u00e9cembre, mais a augment\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement dans l'Atlantique occidental et oriental, d\u00e9passant largement notre pr\u00e9diction d'une \"l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation\". En particulier, une augmentation de 6 fois a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e dans l'Atlantique occidental, r\u00e9sultat du transport est-ouest et de la croissance locale. De m\u00eame, une plus grande pr\u00e9sence de sargasses est pr\u00e9vue autour des Petites Antilles et dans l'est de la mer des Cara\u00efbes. Les sargasses dans l'ouest de la mer des Cara\u00efbes et le golfe du Mexique devraient rester tr\u00e8s faibles. Cependant, en raison des quantit\u00e9s relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9es de sargasses dans l'Atlantique tropical, 2025 sera probablement une autre ann\u00e9e majeure pour les sargasses.
